Together, we’ve been following the recommendations to help flatten the curve of the coronavirus. While our work has not been “business as usual” for some time, we also know that we are not likely returning to life as we knew it before COVID-19, but rather, will adapt to a “new normal”.
With regards to cleaning and disinfection, we know that pre-existing Cleaning for Health protocols are the bare minimum moving forward. Health Canada offers guidance on how to prevent the spread of COVID-19 as businesses reopen and people return to work. This includes creating a cleaning protocol for public settings, including schools, universities, public libraries, museums, public transit, communal residences and workplaces.
We have been working closely with officials and industry experts and drawn from our healthcare sector protocols and expertise to develop key recommendations on the “new normal” as part of our ICS Building Protection Program
The program offers a range of services from maintaining existing baseline Cleaning for Health protocols to an enhanced level of support and protection. This includes disinfection of common areas and tenant spaces, with the adoption of inspection technology to provide ‘proof of clean’. All options can be solidified in collaboration with clients and tenants and tailored to building specific characteristics, preferences, and budget considerations.
Our ICS Building Protection Program is a level of engagement that provides peace of mind by taking care of people first. We would be happy to talk further about your cleaning and disinfection needs post Covid-19 and appreciate any opportunity to work with you to define and implement a customized program.
