Previously, Ryan served as VP of Sales and Marketing for a property management firm that provided General Contracting, Disaster Recovery, Building Restoration and Environmental Abatement services to national customers across the industrial, commercial, Institutional and residential sectors. In that role, Ryan was instrumental in growing the company’s sales from $5M to $25M in just 7 years and transforming it from a Toronto based company to a national player.

Prior to his role at ICS, Tom served as a principal in several investment, strategic and financial advisory firms, including as CEO of BCP Capital Advisors and TIROS Asset Management, whose principals identified and executed over $1.5B in equity and debt financing and M&A transactions. With over 20 years experience in private equity and capital markets, Tom has provided advisory services to CEO’s and Boards of a variety of companies, ranging from global corporations to small/medium-sized enterprises, to not-for-profit organizations. He has advised on strategy, business development, private equity and venture capital, M&A, divestitures, MBO's, partnerships, licensing & JV's, and cross-border market entry strategies. His sector experience is broad and includes asset/investment management; technology, media and telecom; energy management & renewables; consumer/industrial products & services; and healthcare. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Guelph and a Bachelor of Laws LL.B. (Hon) from the University of Leeds Law School, UK.

Ross has more than 20 years of proven operational and leadership experience across some of the largest companies within the industry in Ontario and his native New Zealand – where he was Founder and CEO of a specialized facility services company. There, he led his team in the execution of a strategic plan to grow the business, both organically and through the acquisition of four additional companies, to become a dominant player within the New Zealand market, before selling to one of the largest facility services companies in the world. Ross has a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) and has completed a Masters project in robotic automation and control, which will further complement ICS's building automation offering.

Prior to joining ICS, Neil held several senior executive positions with a variety of achievements, including, leading the largest merger in the history of the Canadian facility services industry and recognized as leading one of Canada's 50 best managed companies. He has also been the recipient of the international TOBY award for the best-in-class managed office building in the world. As a private equity professional, Neil has taken facility services companies through extraordinary growth in market share, capability and revenues. Neil has an undergraduate degree at Brock University, followed by a certificate in Strategic Leadership from Western University and further credentials from the Hotel Real Estate Investment and Asset Management Program at Cornell University.

As a communications consultant, Meline has been helping clients shape and share company missions, visions, values and product/service offerings to internal and external audiences. She has overseen corporate communications for such names as Carillion, PepsiCo, Husky Injection, Alderwoods Group, and Magna International. As ICS embarks on a new growth journey, Meline will provide valuable strategic guidance in developing and sharing the ICS success story. Meline has an undergraduate degree in mass communications and sociology from York University, followed by a post-graduate certificate in public relations from Humber College.
