Mature, assertive, Area Operations Manager needed to oversee various locations in the GTA.
MUST have experience in a management role.
MUST have own vehicle.
Must read, speak, and write English well.
Must be a self-starter.
Previous industry experience in commercial cleaning is a strong asset. You will be responsible for looking after several commercial properties throughout the GTA. You will do cleaning inspections, meeting with Property Managers, interacting with cleaners and conveying your expectations to them. You will also be responsible for hiring and overseeing specialized cleaning crews and keeping them organized daily.
You will be driving to several locations per day so a vehicle is a must (mileage paid). A company car may be available. You must be comfortable with driving throughout Toronto and surrounding areas.
You will not always be starting at the same time everyday; depending on what’s going on at the locations, your start time will vary. Working some evenings is necessary, as well as taking some emergency calls.
$50,000/year to start. Benefits after 6 months.
